Track #18. Woody (AKA Chiapas) ~ Generica (1994) ~ With Amanda Stark ~ Amanda and I used to read to each other as we drove from gig to gig.  We were reading the newspaper,
and The Grapes of Wrath and listening to Woody Guthrie while driving across Oklahoma with Jabbering Trout.  We got to Dallas  on Super Bowl Sunday 1993 (not a day you want to perform political folk music in Dallas).  Since no one was listening we decided to try an experiment.  I consider this piece to be the foundation of everything I have created since.
